Description: We are in the business of helping Home Service businesses deliver amazing customer service. As the primary point of contact for our customers, the account manger is relied on to deliver amazing service to our customers.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and to grow their business with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of marketing and customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers

-Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and marketing goals, and work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies

-Monitor and analyze performance, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and providing solutions to grow their business

-Manage multiple clients with professionalism and can-do attitude. Take ownership of accounts and deliver resolutions to any issues that arise

-Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and escalate as needed to ensure prompt resolution

-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree. Marketing, business, or a related field is preferred

-2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in a marketing or customer service business

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop solutions that meet client needs

As a Web Designer and Content Writer, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business growth goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging website designs and writing compelling content that represents our customers’ businesses to the public.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that meet the client's specifications

-Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that communicates the client's brand and message effectively

-Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and implement content strategies that align with their business goals

-Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and other relevant information to create content that resonates with the target audience

-Optimize website content for search engine rankings, including on-page optimization and keyword research

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies primarily for our company while also contributing to our home service business clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, PPC, email marketing, and website design and development.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute the marketing strategy for our company in consultation with the CEO

-Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the home service industry

-Manage and execute SEO, social media, PPC, email marketing, and website design and development campaigns

-Collaborate with other team members to create engaging content for clients' websites other marketing channels

-Analyze campaign performance and prioritize channels providing the best ROI for our marketing budget

-Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

-Manage relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service

Along with the CEO and marketing director, we'll develop and execute strategies to have continued growth in our space.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. Networking and developing strategic partnerships with home service business organizations is vital to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients, markets, and industries

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

-Conduct sales presentations and prepare proposals to showcase the company' customer service solution and value proposition

-Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and strategies

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge

-Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions

-Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's services
