Is there a limit to the amount of messages on can send on the platform

We know our customers value stability in their billing, and we know no one likes an unexpected charge. To that end- we have priced a single tier model with 15,000 messages included per month (500 per day). For our business customers, this provides more than enough messages for all business operations, without needing to worry about incurring additional charges.

We know you have enough to worry about- and the last thing we want is a business not taking full advantage of the convenience of the service by rationing their messages to customers.

Other SMS providers set low limits for messages, resulting in unexpected charges or constant monitoring required by businesses. We believe in saving you time and stress- and as a result we have set our limit well above what most businesses will need.

However- if you do get near your limit or go over- you will receive a notification and may be billed the cost for the additional message service.

What is the discount eligibility?

Home Service Pup offers a Veterans Discount and a New Business Discount. The Veterans Discount is for any Veteran or Active Duty business owner. All Armed Forces, National Guard and Reserves qualify for the discount. Verification is required before discount will be applied.

The New Business Discount is for any business that is less than 1 year old when they become a customer of Home Service Pup. Age of business is determined by state filing of DBA, LLC or other business formation documentation with your respective state government. Verification is required before discount will be applied.

Can the discounts be combined?

If a business is eligible for both discounts- they are able to take advantage of both with the following restrictions.

Any single purchase discount can be applied if qualified. For example- if a new business receives a discounted website and logo with an annual subscription, a veteran owned new business can qualify for that discount if qualified for both. The 20% off all services for a Veterans discount will still apply to the price of the annual subscription.

The percentages off subscription services cannot be combined. For example a veteran owned business will receive 20% off all services, and a new business will receive 20% off subscriptions for the first year. The max discount is the larger of the two individual percentages (if they differ), not a combined percentage discount.

A business which qualifies for multiple discounts is entitled to the larger discount they qualify for, but the discount may not exceed any individual offer.

Can the monthly or annual pricing change in the future?

Home Service Pup is committed to delivering amazing value to all our small business customers. Our customers often see 10x to 30x return on investment with our customer service solution. Between the increased profits and time savings, we know our customers will want to stay with us for years to come.

But like any business, we can't commit to keep our prices the same forever. For our business to remain a trusted partner with your business, we must ensure profitability for our business.

Since we plan on being your partner for many years to come- it is inevitable our costs for technology and labor will increase over time. If it becomes necessary at anytime to increase our pricing- we will be fully transparent with all our customers.

All pricing is guaranteed through your anniversary billing date. For example if you sign up in June, your pricing is guaranteed for 12 monthly payments until the following June. If the monthly priced has increased during that time, it will be applied at that time.

Annual subscriptions are one time payments good for 12 months of service. If pricing has increased in your 12 month service period it will be applied at time of renewal.

All renewals will be informed at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.

What is the refund policy?

If you need to discontinue your subscription at anytime- you can email or text our customer support team. Your monthly subscription needs to be cancelled within 7 business days before your billing date to ensure the automatic billing can be stopped.

You will retain access to the mobile app, desktop platform and all features until the close of your subscription period, at which point your access will be discontinued.

Annual subscriptions are discounted upfront, and as a result cannot be cancelled after initial account set up is complete.

I have a seasonal business- can I cancel during my slow period?

Many Home Service Businesses are seasonal- and their needs may be decreased greatly during their slow times. Many businesses may run a a winter business, for example a landscaper will offer snow-plowing in the winter.

If your business is seasonal we offer two options to accommodate you.

1) If you run a winter business, we will update the business name in our text platform to the new business (For example "Pup Lawn Care" to "Pup Snow Plowing") at no cost and you can continue to use the service for your business without the need to pay for an additional location.

2) If you don't have the need for winter service you we will discount during the winter months. Your text limit will decrease from 5,000 to 300 per month. But this eliminates the need to have a new set-up after if you cancel. The cost will go down 33% of the regular monthly subscription for any service for up to 3 months of the year.

If you cancel, there will be a new set-up charge if you sign-up again, and would be subject to current pricing available to all news customers at that time.

What happens to my website if I do cancel?

Website hosting is included in the subscription. If your business is no longer a customer of Home Service Pup, the website hosting will be discontinued. Website content, pictures, images and graphics included in design are authorized and copyrighted for use only with Home Service Pup and may not be transferred.

Domain name registration will remain with your business and can be transferred to the new web hosting service for use.
